We’ve relied on labels — Design Thinking, Service Design, UX, Agile, Systems Thinking — to categorize our methods and approaches. But at Future Skills Academy, we believe it’s time to move beyond labels.
Why Labels Limit Us
Labels are convenient. They offer structure and a shared language, but they can also create silos, fostering specialization at the cost of adaptability. The future demands more. It demands people who can transcend methodologies, who possess the underlying skills and behaviors necessary to navigate complexity with creativity, resilience, and empathy.
